Peggy Peterson

Peggy Peterson, M.S. comes to Island Educational Services after many years in the education field. She has worked in a wide range of grades and educational settings, including Bainbridge Island School District, Olympic College, and Winthrop University. Most recently, she was the librarian at Ordway Elementary and has a real passion for reading, writing, and books! Working with students individually is a wonderful opportunity to know students well and to see their growth and progress. Peggy has a B.S. in Elementary Education/Early Childhood Education from Winthrop University and a Master’s degree in Child Development from Purdue University, as well as her WA teaching credentials.
