Diane Botefuhr

Diane joins Island Educational Services as a 35-year Bainbridge Island community member and educator. With a bachelor’s degree in business and teaching credentials from the University of Dayton, for over 20 years she’s worked throughout the BISD with a focus on grades k-8.

She’s a founding partner of Edugreat, which provides critical, annual assessments for homeschooled students ensuring their progress toward higher ed. Diane is passionate about helping kids from all walks of life find a learning path that works specifically for their individual needs. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors with friends, and spending time with her sons and family.
